Lie on your back with legs straight, tight abs and hands
behind your head. Lift your legs up, bend them so that the knees to become
perpendicular to the floor. Exercise fights cellulite in the abdomen, hips and
thighs. There are also 15-20 reps.

Kneeling in dog pose; slowly "drag"
the body back so that you can sit on your heels. Hold for a few seconds and
